Why we exist
Getting to an appointment shouldn’t be the hardest part of care.
Missed rides mean missed treatment. VELOMEDTRANS exists to make medical transportation feel organized and humane: a ride that turns up ready, a driver who takes the time, and a passenger who arrives calm.
Whether you’re booking for yourself, a parent, or a patient in your care, the promise is in our name and our line: Safe Medical Rides Anytime.

Tell us about the trip
Call or email us with the pickup and destination areas, the date and time, and the kind of mobility support needed. No medical history required.
We confirm the details
The team reviews your request and contacts you to confirm the ride. Nothing is booked until you hear from us.
Ride day
Your ride arrives for pickup and takes you to your appointment. If you asked for a return trip, we plan that too.

What you can expect
The ride is part of the care.
Four principles shape how VELOMEDTRANS plans and runs every trip.
- Safety, without shortcuts
- Every trip is planned around the passenger: the right vehicle, the right help, and time built in so nobody is rushed.
- Dignity at every step
- Passengers are treated as people, not appointments. We speak to them directly, explain what’s happening, and ask before we help.
- Accessible by design
- Mobility needs shape the trip from the first question, so the ride fits the passenger rather than the other way round.
- Clear communication
- Families and care teams should always know what’s happening. Plain language, honest answers, and no surprises.

Accessibility
Staying in your own wheelchair should be simple.
Wheelchair-accessible rides keep passengers seated in their own chair from the curb to the destination.
